Member Qualification
- SPAC member should be the company aiming for technical innovation for branding, merchandising and retailing in fashion related business.
- Each member company should register president, executive or a senior director as "SPAC club member."
- "SPAC club member" should participate SPAC operations and choose appropriate staffs for attending the monthly meetings according to each SPAC meeting theme.
Monthly Meeting
Monthly meeting will be held in the end of the month, from 1:30 to 4:30PM, in Tokyo. Its themes are chosen by the answers from members through SPAC questionnaires twice in a year.
Each meeting includes;
(1)Monthly sales results & styling information of our brand/store zoning
(2)Reports for Monthly theme
(3)Panel discussion among member companies, or guest panelist lectures
- There is no meeting in July and December. (Monthly SPAC report will be sent to each member)
- "Big Convention," which includes remarkable guest panelist lecture and communication party, is held in August and January.
SPAC Report
SPAC report (in Japanese), which consists of (1) & (2) above, the information of remarkable doemstic/international brands and new SC, will be delivered every month. (Confidential report for members only)
Club Member Obligations
(1)Filling out the monthly questionnaires, and selecting proper staffs to attend the meeting with.
(2)Not making copies of SPAC reports.
(3)Taking on the post of the panelist at the monthly meetings.
(4)Providing the statement of accounts and the press release of new projects.
(5)Providing sales data.
***(3),(4),(5), are not under compulsion.
Office
SPAC office, which operates the club, is set up within KFM Co.,Ltd.
Membership Fees
- Admission Fee: 200,000 yen
(Excluding KFM clients, group companies which has already been a SPAC member)
- Annual Fee: 1,200,000 yen (Full Member) / 600,000 yen (Junior Member)
***Junior Member→A small-scale company. Two people maximum to the monthly meetings.
***Total fees (Admission fee and Annual fee) must be fully payed in the admission month.
***Annual fee covers all expence above. Fees are not refundable.
